Vessels
Vessels calling on the marine terminal will include only modern, double-hulled vessels that have been vetted and certified by third party agencies. It is anticipated that three types of vessels will call on the terminal:
- Aframax vessels
- up to 120,000 deadweight tonnes (DWT)
- up to 245 metres long and 40 metres wide
- Condensate Suezmax vessels
- up to 160,000 DWT
- up to 285 metres long and 50 metres wide
- Petroleum vessels, known as Very Large Crude Carriers
- up to 320,000 DWT
- up to 350 metres long and 60 metres wide
